Privacy notice

This notice covers the website pii-roundtrip.besk.tech and emails sent to admin@besk.tech. The pii-roundtrip app itself sends nothing over the network, so we receive no data through it.

Who is responsible

The controller is Vladimir Beskorovainyi (Besk Tech, besk.tech). Contact for questions about your data: admin@besk.tech.

What we receive

• Emails. If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the text of your message. We use them only to reply. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering your message (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)). We keep the correspondence while it is needed for the reply and for no longer than three years.
• Technical data when pages are opened. The site does not collect personal data: it has no forms, no cookies and no visitor analytics. It is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States). When a page is opened, Vercel technically receives the IP address and browser details and processes them under its privacy policy to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. We do not request or use these data.

The site has no cookies, no visitor analytics, and no advertising or tracking scripts. We do not sell data and make no automated decisions about you.

The app installer is downloaded from GitHub (GitHub, Inc., United States). GitHub processes download data under its privacy statement; we see only the total number of downloads.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to admin@besk.tech; we reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
